Terms of use

Last updated 19 September 2026. Contact contactus@base1.fun.

These terms cover your use of the BASE 1 website and apps at base1.fun (the “interface”). BASE 1 is an experimental, permissionless launchpad on Base, Robinhood Chain, and Arc. By using the interface you agree to this page.

Not advice, not an offer

Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other regulated product in any jurisdiction. Tokens launched or listed here are highly speculative. They can lose all value. You do your own research and you decide whether to transact.

Your wallet

You connect a self-custodial wallet. You control the keys. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction. We never ask for a seed phrase. Connecting a wallet does not create an account with us in the traditional sense.

What the interface does

The interface helps you create tokens, trade them, and view public market data. Creating a token costs 0.001 ETH, paid when you confirm the launch. Each coin freezes a buy and sell tax of 0–10% (default 2%). That tax splits 60% to the creator’s chosen route, 30% to the protocol, and 10% to a referrer when one is bound. In-app secondary swaps also show a 1% interface fee. Fees are paid in the pair quote, not in the new coin unless a coin is set up that way.

For a short window after launch the fee can start higher and then fall to the coin’s frozen rate. Liquidity added at launch stays locked. Locked liquidity is not a promise of price, buyers, or the ability to sell.

Stock pairs and wrapped assets

You can pair a coin with a tokenized stock quote or a Coinbase-wrapped major. Those tokens are not brokerage shares, not native BTC or other layer-1 coins, and not a traditional stock dividend. BASE 1 does not issue them. The issuer may freeze or pause them. Holder “dividends” on this site are on-chain claims of a listed token — not equity and not BASE 1 Rewards points.

Referrals and Rewards points

Referral links and BASE 1 Rewards points are optional interface features. Points are not cash, not a token, and not convertible unless we later say so in the product. A missing or invalid referral does not reduce the creator’s share.

Listings on the site

Anyone can launch if the chain accepts the transaction. We may hide a listing from the website without affecting the on-chain pool. Hiding a page is not a takedown of the contract.

Acceptable use

Do not use the interface for fraud, market manipulation, illegal activity, or to attack the site or other users. Do not scrape in a way that degrades the service.

No warranty

The interface is provided as-is, in beta. Smart contracts, wallets, and networks can fail. We are not affiliated with Coinbase, Base, or Robinhood. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost tokens, lost keys, or lost profits arising from use of the interface.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. See also our Privacy policy and Safety notes.

New token launches, partnerships, or support? contactus@base1.fun

Disclosures. BASE1 Pad is an experimental, permissionless launchpad on Base, Robinhood Chain, and Arc. Tokens launched here are highly speculative digital assets, may lose all value, and are not investments, securities, or financial advice. Stock-paired markets are not equity; BASE1 Pad does not create or administer paired stock tokens. Coinbase wrapped majors (cbBTC and similar) are Coinbase-custodied and not native BTC/HYPE/etc. Liquidity stays locked — creators cannot mint, pause, rebase, or remove liquidity — but locked liquidity does not guarantee price, volume, or the ability to sell. Each coin freezes a 0–10% trade fee (default 2%; 60% creator, 30% protocol, 10% referrer). Fomo Launch uses that same split: the trader receives the creator lane on their in-app EVM wallet. Solana fomo wallets are not recipients. The protocol share accrues to the platform treasury (same destination as the 1% swap service fee). BASE 1 does not buy or burn $BASECAT. Robinhood protocol fees stay on Robinhood Chain. Arc protocol fees stay on Arc. Arc gas and the 0.001 create fee are native USDC. Arc launches pair the USDC token only — not stock tokens. The fee starts at 99% and falls to the coin’s normal fee over the first 20 seconds after launch. Always verify the contract address before trading and never share your seed phrase or approve unknown contracts. Not affiliated with Coinbase, Base, or Robinhood. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction. Do your own research.
